Two eps?!?! In the same month?!?! Why yes.
Ok, I realize this flick isn’t in theaters anymore (unless your town rocks and has a dollar theater), but it was a fun movie. I really suggest you check it out. Here is Ryan and PRS waxing on about Losers. We also have a special guest appearance from Jared Axelrod who was so kind as to sit down with me to chat about comic book movies.
New Hosts | New Format | New Material!
Thanks for listening to the all new Cinemafreaks. We’re going to try to bring you two eps a month. One centered around television, the other around movies. We’re still working the kinks out, so we hope you enjoy what is, and look forward to what will be.
In this episode, our intrepid reviewers talk about what they’re watching on tv.
Spoilers: Castle, Flashforward, Justified.
And yes, I know that the album art says ep 202. Just pretend it’s part of Flashforward’s wibbly-wobbly, timey-whimey-ness.
Star Wars has been an influence in so many people, especially geeks. So this Geek Pride Day 2010, PRS and SusanZ bring you our thoughts and feelings on the subject.
So All Hail the Flanneled One, for he was good once, yet why has he forsaken us?
Well, actually, the Clone Wars on Cartoon network doesn’t suck.
Oh, and did you dig that song at the end of the episode? click here to see the video. Seriously, breakdancing TK’s and Ewoks. And a hot Leia.
God, I love being a geek.
He played Admiral Motti in Star Wars. He’s the only guy to be attacked by Darth Vader and Live. He has his own action figure. He’s also a really cool cat.
With appearances in movies such as Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Superman II, and Octopussy, he is an icon in everyman acting.
His action figure even has “getting choked” action. Let’s see the David Carradine fig do that!
what? too soon? sigh. ok, here’s info about the ep:
In anticipation of the return of the Cinemafreaks, I wanted to give you the opportunity to hear one of my first interviews. This was done in 2003 at IQM 2, a small con in NC. Richard LaParmentier was a blast, and I think you’ll enjoy it.
James Cameron to open an Avatar themed restaurant called CGI Friday’s. Food doesn’t suck, but it sure looks pretty.

Ok. So former cohosts of the show Ron and Janine organized a writers retreat with the awesome Aaron Allston. After a hard day of evaluating each others writing, we decided that it would be fun for them to watch my reaction to Twilight.
Here, for you enjoyment is my horror, my confusion, and our hilarity, as we present our commentary on Twilight.
Starring Podcasting’s Rich Sigfrit, SusanZ, Cheralyn Lambeth, Ron and Janine Garner, Cricket, and Aaron Allston. Yup, that one.
Enjoy.
BTW, it turns out Ed Cullen and jasper_hale were twittering from somewhere in the room. I didn’t see them, but you should totally follow them on twitter. Some of their examples:
